| 指南制订的目的： | 阑尾炎是儿童常见的急腹症，短时间内即发生穿孔、坏死、弥漫性腹膜炎等严重并发症，需尽早明确诊断及进行干预治疗，目前国内外尚无儿童阑尾炎管理的建议及指南。本指南旨在总结国内外现有高质量临床研究证据，并结合我国临床实际，制订出适合我国儿童阑尾炎的全流程管理指南，规范儿童阑尾炎诊断及治疗流程，为儿童阑尾炎的诊断及治疗提供决策依据，达到减少并发症及改善患儿预后的目的。 |
| Purpose of the guideline： | Appendicitis is a common acute abdomen in children, with severe complications such as perforation, necrosis and diffuse peritonitis occurring in a short time. It needs to be diagnosed and treated as soon as possible. However, there are no recommendations and guidelines for the management of appendicitis in children at home and abroad. By summarizing the existing high-quality clinical research evidence at home and abroad and combining with the clinical practice, we plan to develop a whole-process management guideline for pediatric appendicitis in China. The guideline will standardize the diagnosis and treatment process of pediatric appendicitis, provide a basis for decision-making, and ultimately achieve the purpose of reducing complications and improving the prognosis of children. |
