| Purpose of the guideline： | This expert consensus aims to summarize the biomarkers related to skeletal muscle aging reported in previous studies from three dimensions: skeletal muscle function, structure, and body fluids. It is hoped that through these biomarkers, the degree of skeletal muscle aging can be accurately determined and the effects of aging interventions can be evaluated. |
