| 指南制订的目的： | 加 速 康 复 外 科（enhanced recovery after surgery，ERAS）通过优化围手术期处理措施，减轻手术应激和炎性反应，从而加速患者术后恢复。ERAS理念已在结直肠外科、妇产科、胸科、骨科等各个外科领域广泛开展。ERAS理念在妇科盆底手术领域应用虽然起步相对较晚，近年来已有较多的临床实践和经验。在此背景下，2022年国际妇科泌尿协会（International Urogynecology Association，IUGA）联合美国妇科泌尿协会（American Urogynecology Society，AUGS）共同发表共识，推进ERAS理念在妇科盆底手术中的应用。为与国际本领域接轨，2024年3月由中华医学会妇产科分会妇科盆底学组发起制定《妇科盆底手术加速康复的中国专家共识》，推动ERAS路径在我国妇科盆底手术领域中科学、规范、有序开展。 |
| Purpose of the guideline： | Enhanced Recovery After Surgery (ERAS) accelerates postoperative recovery by optimizing peri-operative management to reduce surgical stress and inflammatory responses. The ERAS concept has been widely implemented in various surgical fields such as colorectal surgery, obstetrics and gynecology, thoracic surgery, and orthopedics. Although the implementation of ERAS protocol in urogynecologic surgery started relatively late, there has been considerable clinical practice and experience in recent years. In this context, in 2022, the International Urogynecology Association (IUGA) and the American Urogynecology Society (AUGS) jointly published a consensus to promote the application of the ERAS concept in gynecological pelvic floor surgery. To align with international standards, in March 2024, the Pelvic Floor Study Group of the Chinese Medical Association Obstetrics and Gynecology Branch initiated the development of the "Chinese Expert Consensus on Accelerated Recovery of Gynecological Pelvic Floor Surgery," aiming to promote the scientific, standardized, and orderly implementation of ERAS pathways in the field of urogynecologic surgery in China. |
