Experts grade the list items through Delphi survey based on likert5 scale scoring method. After two or three rounds of Delphi survey, there are still controversial items, which are determined through consensus meeting discussion. |

Purpose of the guideline: |
Sham / placebo acupuncture control is an internationally recognized method to evaluate the net effect or specific effect of acupuncture, but there are some problems, such as low quality of report and poor repeatability. The purpose of establishing this standard is to improve the quality of acupuncture control setting and implementation details report, so as to improve the credibility and transparency of acupuncture clinical research, and then facilitate the subsequent researchers to repeat and compare the trials. |
